Unfinished Business Agenda ItemsThe other part of unfinished business is the group of items that have already passed the 1st vote and is awaiting the second vote. Any agenda item that was tabled in the Irvine meeting will appear in this section. It is the first order of business after the committee reports are reviewed. A motion to table take priority over all other motions and is not subject to debate or amendment. If passed, this will automatically table the item until the next board meeting. A motion to postpone delays action on an agenda item until later in the session, but cannot be carried over to the next meeting. It is a debatable motion with debate centering strictly around the postponement. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
