Hotline Committee.

Purpose
To determine the current status with regard to the establishment of a National Hot Line as mandated by the BOT. Then, recommend a plan of action towards fulfillment of that goal, implement that plan and assist areas as needed.

Committee members,

After not receiving any response to our letter, I called Steve Zimmer and he returned my call on 7/15 at 5:45 pm.

After some small talk of jurisdiction between the BOR and the BOT he stated to me that he and his lawyer will NOT be cooperating with our request for the current information of administrators we requested because of anonymity concerns.

He then stated he would NOT cooperate with the committees request for billing information of the local areas under the same reasons.

Please have your thoughts ready, as I have an agenda planned for Wed nites meeting 7/21 10 pm EST
