Information Regarding Conference Bids
IMPORTANT NOTE: As of the Tampa Conference, item #35 was passed for the 2nd vote
and is immediately effective, regarding area designations for conferences. It states
as follows:
All International Conferences up for bid at a BOT meeting will be OPEN to all areas or
Intergroups, in any region of the North American continent. There will not be any geographical
restriction on the Fall or Spring conferences of any year.
This now supersedes the prior geographical area designation that is listed out at the top of this
page, and was in effect up until the approval of the agenda item.
