B. G.A. Name and Logo. Our attorney has been in touch with the person that has
Gamblersanonymous.com and he has informed our attorney that he has been very busy and will
take care of the transfer as soon as he can. Our attorney has suggested that we do not push him
as he might get aggravated and change his mind about letting us have the dot com.
As for the Logo some areas claim to never have received the letter the I.S.O. sent out but as soon
as we let them know they are in violation they remove the Logo from their websites. As of now
the I.S.O. is not aware of any area or websites in violation. If anyone has any information of
violations the I.S.O. would appreciate letting us know.
C. National Hotline. Benni F., Chairman of the Board of Regents has been in touch with Denis M.,
Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Hotline was discussed. It was decided that the
Hotline would be a joint committee with both Boards involved. A letter from a concerned Trustee
was read to the Board and it was decided to refer this Trustee to Gary S., Chairman of the
Committee who would be more knowledgeable and better able to address the Trustees concerns.
D. Hurricane Katrina Fund. A letter was read by a concerned G.A. member regarding this fund.
This fund was put into the general fund last month and the letter suggested that some areas
might still need help. This was discussed and it was decided that if there were areas still needing
help they could contact the I.S.O. and help would still be available.

B. Discuss Website. The Website Committee was in touch with Benni F. and modifying the
present website would have to be done by the present designer due to Intellectual Property
Rights. A new designed website could be done, but after Benni F., Chairman of the Board of
Regents spoke with Denis M., Chairman of the Board of Trustees it was decided to make this a
joint committee with both Boards.
C. Corporate Tax Number. The Chicago 2007 Conference Committee has requested the use of
the I.S.O. Tax Number. The Board of Regents has informed them that this tax number is not
available to anyone else. It is used for the purpose of purchasing literature for resale only. The
number cannot be used to defer sales tax on Conference meals or rooms.
The collection in the amount of $21.00 was taken and the meeting was closed with the Serenity
Prayer. The next meeting of the Board of Regents will be held on April 20, 2007 at 7:30 P.M.
